Love INC’s Transformational Ministry project, to help those in poverty to develop long term self-sufficiency, is starting it’s second series of “Affirming Your Potential” classes. They are in need of volunteer drivers to transport participants (“neighbors”) to the classes – transportation is often an issue for those in need. A van is available that does not require a CDL license to drive. Classes are scheduled for Tuesday nights from 6 PM to 8 PM, starting this coming Tuesday. The need is to transport neighbors to and from the meeting site on a given night. The classes run for 12 weeks, but Love INC is not asking for a 12 week commitment – you can volunteer for any Tuesdays you are available and would like to serve.

Good News Update: The Transformational Ministry classes held in the fall were very successful, and all of the neighbors that participated would like to take the next step. Follow on classes for them will be starting in the next couple of weeks as well.
