Prayer Chain

praying handsDo not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.     Philippians 4:6-7

Immanuel Lutheran Church is a community that prays.  We pray for one another, for our communities, and for our world.  And we’d like to pray for you too!  Many members of Immanuel are part of what we call our “prayer chain”–people who have committed to praying for those who request it.  If you would like to be a part of the prayer chain or if you desire prayer for yourself or for someone else, email your prayer request: (prayer@immanuelcharlottesville.com).[bestwebsoft_contact_form lang=en]

[Note: When passing prayer requests on to prayer chain members, we generally include three things: 1) the name of the person who has requested the prayer, 2) the reason for the request, and 3) the name of the person for whom prayer is requested.  If you would rather some of that information remain private, please let us know when making your request.]
